Reflect and Renew

No longer content with society’s throwaway lifestyle, we have woken up to the critical importance of sustainability to the way we live. A new paradigm is required—one that evaluates product design in terms of lifespan as well as aesthetics. This is the most influential force shaping 21st-century design.

Prompted to reconsider our needs beyond simple decoration, we seek designs that reflect this new imperative. Form and function combine, relieving the minimalism of our contemporary interiors with organic shapes and elements borrowed from nature, which touch us emotionally. Silky-smooth metals, crystals of exceptional clarity, and spaces softened with diffuse light all answer this demand.

Surfaces & Spaces

Blurring the stark lines of contemporary rooms with a subtle blend of organics and graphics, the new shapes are lyrical and sculptural, natural and expressive. Surfaces are softly textured, creating gentle spaces that play to a deep-felt desire for tactile reassurance.

Lighting

Organic structures in sensuous polished gold and matte silver merge with shimmering crystals to emit a soft, neutral, white light. The mood is exemplified by Tord Boontje’s Luminous Reflections chandelier collection. Crafted with surgical precision and ethereal grace, the pieces are designed to create a subtle wash of dappled luminosity reminiscent of the way sunlight dances on water.
