Will there be a minimum order value?
No, there will not be a minimum value: the Swarovski for Professionals Online Shop is set up in such a way that we welcome all orders.
Will there be a maximum order value?
There is no maximum order value for orders with credit card and payment on advance. Orders placed with purchase on account are limited to €3,500. If you wish to order more than this limit with purchase on account, kindly place a second order.
Can I place an order via telephone or email?
The ordering process is set up in such way that orders can only be placed via the Swarovski for Professionals Online Shop. If you need support when placing your order, simply contact Customer Service.
What if my product isn’t in stock?
If the product is temporarily out of stock, simply type your email into the relevant box that you will find on the product page, and we will notify you as soon as the product is available again.
