Q1: Who can buy from the Swarovski for Professionals Online Shop?
All business customers with a valid German or Austrian VAT number can create an account to buy products from the Swarovski for Professionals Online Shop to a maximum order value of €3,500. Unfortunately, customers who have not registered will not be able to see prices or buy from the Swarovski for Professionals Online Shop.
Q2: Which countries will Swarovski ship to?
Initially, the Swarovski for Professionals Online Shop will only be available to customers in Germany and Austria. However, we are currently working on making our Online Shop available in other countries in 2018.

No, there will not be a minimum value: the Swarovski for Professionals Online Shop is set up in such a way that we welcome all orders.
Q4: Will there be a maximum order value?
Each order placed on the Swarovski for Professionals Online Shop is limited to €3,500. If you wish to order more than this limit, kindly place a second order.
Q5: Can I place an order via telephone or email?
The ordering process is set up in such way that orders can only be placed via the Swarovski for Professionals Online Shop. If you need support when placing your order, simply contact Customer Service.
Q6: What if my product isn’t in stock?
If the product is temporarily out of stock, simply type your email into the relevant box that you will find on the product page, and we will notify you as soon as the product is available again.
Q7: What are the payment options when purchasing from the Swarovski for Professionals Online Shop?
For customers in Germany and Austria we offer payment on invoice ("Kauf auf Rechnung”), for which customers are subjected to a routine credit risk assessment. In some cases, a lack of information can impede these credit risk assessments. For these customers, we offer the possibility to pay in advance. Further payment methods will be added soon.
Q8: Can I pay in another currency?
Our site only accepts payments in euros at the moment. If you are paying in another currency, your bank may charge a conversion fee.

Go to My Account and click on the Customer Profile section—here, you can quickly change your personal data.
